I know, I know, you already went to all the wet hop festivals and event nights. You’ve had 30 wet hop beers already, but how many of those were estate grown, grain fed, fair trade, and small batch? If you’re a fan of crafty clichés, this beer’s got your number. Each year we grow our own hops with our own grain compost and when it’s a good crop year, we toss them in a batch of beer. Growing hops on this side of the mountains takes a few weeks longer than the hot and dry valleys on the east side, so our wet hop takes longer than most, but it’s worth the wait. In this year’s Wet Hop Pale, Centennial and Nugget hops dominate a crisp and pale 6.0% beer with citrus notes for days. Come and get it!
