New system is installed! Normal hours resume.

We’ve made the jump! I’m proud to announce that we’ve sold our 1 bbl brewing system to Skagit Valley College for their new brewer’s program, and it’ll be used to educate a whole new crop of brewers in our area. I couldn’t imagine a better place for it. It’s been a very grueling stretch of work, preparing to receive our new 7 bbl system. Early this week, we took delivery of a forest of fermenters and a brand spanking new brew system that has us beaming with pride. There are still a few things needed to do in order to get it running, but the bulk of the extra work is finished. Beginning tomorrow (Friday) we will resume our normal hours of operation at 4pm. This means we will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays again, as well. We are also selling growler fills again, and proudly showing off our transition from nano to micro brewery. Come on down and enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend and drink some delicious beer.

An added note that the crowd favorite Summer Pale is back on tap, as well, and ready to be consumed with abandon. Get some before the name no longer fits the season!

Finally, we are selling off our stock of cornelius kegs as we burn through them. We have about 80 for sale, with relatively new seals at $70 each. Please email us if you are interested in picking up a few.
