As we creep up on brewing on the new system, we’re bringing on some of our fellow brewer’s beer to fill in the gaps on our beer list. We’ll be leaning on guest taps for a bit while we get back up on production. BUT FIRST, you should all know that we are selling a single keg of Saison finished with brettanomyces clausenii, also known as “Brett C”. It is funky and farmy in a balanced way that adds lots of rustic character to this dry, delicious beer. Come get this one before it’s gone.
We’ve added Holy Mountain’s White Lodge Wit to the lineup. It’s a perfect, soft, easy drinker, and one of my personal favorites in the style. Also, Stoup Brewing’s NW Red Ale is rounding out the tap list with it’s classic caramel notes, moderate hoppiness and a touch of chocolate malt. It’s great for a fall afternoon.
We will likely be adding Schooner Exact’s Amarillo Fresh Hop beer to the list tomorrow, so swing by and glug-a-lug.
